I am DEFINITELY going to make these. You could make a little round toast bottom and put scrambled eggs with a dusting of tarragon in there. You could serve spaghetti carbonara in them. You could artfully arrange wedges of roasted potato inside and top with a dab of creme fraiche and chives. You could make a bacon cup “shrimp cocktail” type thingy with a corn and habanero salsa. Oh my god the possibilities are endless! 

 P.S. If you have never had a chocolate bar with bacon in it you should seek one out and eat it.
